Patients should be assessed case by case as some already have low prospects and these will plummet if waiting another 6 months. Just as elective surgery is being deferred if non-urgent, so can Infertility have similar triaging. Secondly, it is also about the sharing finite resources in the current environment, be it a hospital bed, a sterile drape or a surgical mask.

Lastly, as opposed to natural conception , what additional risks are you exposing yourself to by attending the extra medical visits and procedures at this time.
